Welcome! All of my life I've wanted to be a writer. Growing up in the small town of Marianna, Florida, I spent my free time reading books and then rewriting them, and dreaming of one day being a published author. However, I didn't take my dream seriously. I never did the things you have to do to make a dream a reality. I'd write a few chapters of a novel when the spirit moved me and then put it aside for months. I became a technical writer and told myself that I was a published author.

When I turned 50 I realized I'd been fooling myself. I needed to get serious about writing that novel I'd always wanted to write. And, I finally got serious. I joined a local writers' group. I bought a book about how to write a novel. I scheduled time to write and made myself write even if I wasn't in the mood. And, I discovered the most amazing thing. When I did the things I needed to do to make my dream a reality, it became a reality. I now have a successful self-published novel, "Life Choices" and a novel "Life Unexpected" that was released by Lake Union Publishing in October 2016. And, soon I hope to have more information about the release of my third novel, "Life Unseen." My only regret is that I waited so long to pursue my dream!

I want to encourage you to pursue your dream regardless of age. It may not be writing a book, but whatever it is, go for it. God wouldn't have put the dream in your heart if He hadn't wanted you to live it. But, you have to do your part and take your dream seriously! Good luck!

Life Choices
On a stormy night in Atlanta, Jessie Graham's car swerved to avoid a head-on collision, went off the side of the road, crashed into a tree, and changed her life forever. Doctor David Miller, the driver of the second car, pulled the unconscious Jessie from the wreckage. After the ambulance drove away, David doubted he'd ever see the stunning blonde again. Yet, a little over a year later, Jessie and her domineering mother walked into his office
in Augusta, Georgia. Jessie's mother was insistent that Jessie
needed psychotherapy. Was it
a coincidence or fate that had brought the two back together? Would David find a way to
save Jessie again? Or would
the attraction between the two,
along with Jessie's fears and
David's secrets, tear Jessie's
life apart once more?
